Quick and easy dinner, lunch OR snack!
Ingredients needed:
-🦐Shrimp (you could use cooked or raw)
-Limes
-🍋Lemon
-🍊Orange
-Jalapeños
-🥭Mango
-Cilantro
-Red onion
-🥑Avocado
-🍅Tomatoes
-🥒Cucumber
-🌶️Red pepper flakes (I forgot to mention it in the video. I added some at the end)
Chop up your onion and jalapeño and squeeze about 10 limes, 1 lemon and an orange into a bowl
Cut your shrimp into little pieces
Mix the lime/lemon/orange juice with the shrimp and put this in your fridge for about 30 minutes.
While that’s in the fridge, cut up the rest of your ingredients: mango, cucumber, tomato, cilantro! Tip: scoop out the seeds of the tomatoes and cucumber. 🥄
Once you take out your ceviche from the fridge, add the rest of your chopped ingredients. Add salt, red pepper flakes and you can even add black pepper or tajin!
Stir this up and enjoy!
