HOW I ORGANISE JC IN GOOGLE SHEETS‼️3 STEPS

ZESTIESS‼️this was my most proudest creation ever <33 i was so sick of trying to use notion and irl paper planners that i came up w this system and NEVER looked back <3 lemme break it down for u real quick

1. even vs odd week,, dates

☁️my schedule slightly changes based on if its even/odd week so i alw like to specify at the top what week it is

☁️ill also write the week’s monday date at the top as my sch timetable uses mondays date to state if its even or odd week

(eg ; even week : 19 jan)

(odd week : 26 jan)

☁️u can also write out both the day and date for each so that u dont ever mix them up like “huh i tot 5th was a friday??”

2. break the day up into ur schedule & what u plan to do

☁️for me its usually the top box is what ill do in school / lesson & the bottom box is a to do list

✨for example (top box)

math

- gg thru assignment 10

GP

- essay planning

bio

- gg thru tutorial 4

✨example (bottom box)

- bio tutorial 5 : enzymes

- plan for GP essay

☁️i like to update my top box w the subjects of my entire day so that i force myself to keep updated w whats gg on in lessons ; u can alw ask ur friends “eh what mr xx doing for chem on wed ah”

^ but u can also immediately type down into ur phone when lesson ends as well aka when they mention the next lesson plan

3. COLOUR CODING

☁️ i love to colour code as its so much faster to see at one glance

☁️blue for hw due, purple for test/ assessments & green for completed ,, maybe red for urgent / priority

☁️ for math assignment 11 due thurs

< will highlight in BLUE & write in the TOP box because to show that my schedule is to SUBMIT the work>

☁️once i COMPLETE the hw ill change the colour to GREEN to show that its ready to submit :)

☁️i also like to highly my completed to-do list stuff in green as it gives me motivation to “tick it off” haha

☁️also helps in keeping track of what i need to pack for sch 😆

oh wow thats it alrdy HAHAH anyways usually i have 4 sets of a week planner at a time in my sheets cuz i just delete the content after 1-2 weeks :) as in reuse the template

HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS <3 STAY ORGANISED LOVELIES AND I HOPE U FIND WHAT WORKS FOR U even if its using a physical book planner, i have friends who do that, okie stay healthy and happy🤍
