2 months in! HIFU update ~

hello hello! back again to my humble abode regarding my hifu progress!

SO, to answer all the questions i’ve received:

Does it work?

- Yes, it does. The results take a while for it to truly show, so this process does take some patience! Do consult the doctor for more in-depth details about the ranges, I was told the changes are more prominent 1-3 months in! I only realised it worked when my classmates and friends said I look different… And suddenly my jawline became another compliment point hehe

How long does it last?

- A good answer for you would be 6-12 months! Of course, self-maintenance comes to play! While we all hope to have such procedures cut off the efforts of working out, we still have to commit … unfortunately, to high-intensity exercises such as jogging, spinning or even yoga! However, do note that it’s better to stay away from vigorous activities for about 5-7 days after the procedure!

Does it hurt?

- As I mentioned, I think the numbing cream did a brilliant job in concealing the pain. But, from what my doctor mentioned, he says my pain tolerance is pretty good, so on average I’d say the pain levels can potentially range from 3-6/10. The swelling after the procedure does NOT hurt at all when we don’t touch it! So please do not fidget with the area targetted!

How much is the procedure?

- 500 shot for $788!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the procedure done and I do see myself coming back again for consecutive touch ups!

Many mentioned that such forms of procedures get addictive but I highly doubt so because of how gradual the changes are, and how it still motivates me to maintain a healthy diet and a good exercise regime!
