Alright girlies! I never find myself wanting to spend much time on breakfast in the morning, but lucky for me, this take barely 10 minutes & is super healthy.

I start with putting a few blueberries & raspberries in the bottom of my container ( you can use any fruit of your choice though).

I then sprinkle chia seeds over top of those. I recently implemented for the skin and hair benefits, I’ll keep you all updated if I notice any differences. ( if you’ve tried chia seeds before, did you notice any differences? please let ya girl know) <— srsly let me know , pls :)

anyway, I then put around 3-4 generous spoonfuls of oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt on top and spread to cover the fruit and chia seeds.

Lastly, I top it off with local honey for multiple reasons. 1. We support local businesses. 2. local honey is great for allergies since bees collect the pollen from local plants to use for the honey. ( my mind was blown when I found this out) shout out to the local bees 🐝.
