I’m not expert or anything and I sure this combination aren’t recommended but after my research this is everything I take within the day.

Some background about me is I’m on birth control and as much as I wish to be off of it I stay on it for my own protection. It doesn’t make me feel great so I try to do everything I can to keep my body as regulated and balanced as possible.
The vitamin I’ve noticed the biggest different is the Vitamin D for my moods. I usually have really bad mood swings that puts me in bad head spaced and every since I started taking it I have noticed a major change in my moods and it makes me feel so much better having my moods under control. I take magnesium and melatonin along with Ashwagandha at night and it helps me get way better sleep than what I was getting before and that’s very important to me since I work full time and go to school🤍
