Spaghetti Squash Chicken Alfredo

This is a great Fall recipe when all the squashes come out!

I love chicken Alfredo but sometimes it doesn’t love me back when it comes to pasta so I figured I experiment and try this idea one night and oh my word is it oh so delicious!!

I just baked the squash in the oven face down after cutting it in half then added alfredo sauce and chicken and boom.

It is also very macro friendly 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
