petite-friendly linen summer dress 🤍

hello all! i recently fell in love with this dress from the editor’s market, it is the alexis linen empire tube dress! 🫶🏻

LENGTH — i am (extremely) vertically challenged lol, standing at 151cm

FIT — it is a littleee tight around the bust (i’m a b cup), so if you have a larger chest you might have to size up! i’m slightly curvier around the hips, and the cut does accentuate that a little (which i’m okay with!)

if you’re slimmer, it’ll look more flowy like how it fits on the model 🫶🏻

DETAILS — i find the cut so timeless and chic, and it would look so cute with boots! as it is an empire waistline, it cinches right beneath the bust and flares out beyond. it can also be easily styled up & down by changing out your shoes & bag 👍🏻

COLOUR — i was contemplating between beige & white, because white does make you look “bigger” and is less forgiving in terms of silhouette, but i felt it looked so much more sleek and minimal. 🤍

the beige colour really emphasises the linen textures! it has a resort vibe, which is perfect for a dinner along the beach, and it’s probably the safer option for most girls! 🍦

i wasn’t feeling the pink at all, and i felt the black version didn’t give emphasis on the lovely silhouette compared to the lighter shades.

honestly the moment i saw it i had a feeling it was gonna sell out real quick, i went back to buy it in 2 days oop 😅 do drop by the stores and take a look, you might just fall in love <33
