Easy summer meals, no oven needed!

It may still be officially spring, but here is Georgia the summer is here unofficially with this heat!

I hate running the oven in the summer, it makes the house so much hotter! I love how easy and filling this meal is, and no oven at all!

1. Get some baking potatoes, wash them off and poke some holes into the potatoes. I cook mine in the microwave according to the baked potato setting.

2. I purchased Jack Daniel’s pulled pork and just warmed it up.

3. Make sure you have all your favorite baked potato toppings.

4. Enjoy your loaded BBQ pork baked potato!
