You probably follow a day-time hair care routine, where you hydrate and style your hair for hair fall control and minimal damage.

If you want to wake up with lush healthy hair every morning, you need to know how to take care of your hair while sleeping.

Here’s my night hair care routine :

1) heat in medium heat 2-3min

2) divide hair into 2 for better application

3) apply the oil all over your scalp

4) massage in thoroughly

5) use the palm for to help with migraines

6) apply to ends of hair

7) braid it & sleep with it

8) the next day , wash it , blow dry it & style it !!
