This is my go-to recipe for overnight oatmeal that I prepare for my breakfast over the course of two days. The ingredients you will need are:
- Yogurt 🍦
- Low-fat Milk🥛
- Avocado 🥑
- Banana 🍌
- Oats 🥣
- Strawberries 🍓
- Blueberries 🫐
🥣 To begin, take two small avocados and blend them with 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt and a splash of milk. Aim for a medium thickness, avoiding it becoming too thick or too runny. For added sweetness, you can mix in a teaspoon of honey.
🥣 Next, slice half a banana, three strawberries, and a few blueberries. Arrange the strawberry slices in the container for a visually pleasing presentation. Pour the avocado-yogurt mixture over the strawberries, then add 3-4 tablespoons of oats. Layer the banana slices on top, followed by the blueberries. If you'd like, you can also drizzle a teaspoon of peanut butter for extra flavor and sweetness.
🥣 Once assembled, refrigerate the oatmeal overnight. In the morning, your delicious and nutritious breakfast will be ready to enjoy.
