happy new year everyone 🤍 a new year means another trip around the sun, and what better way to celebrate it than with a pretty birthday cake surrounded by your closest friends! in this post i'll be sharing where i got my korean-style birthday cake! ˚₊· ͟͟͞͞🎂

right off the bat, i ordered my custom cake from @moonlighters.s on instagram! they're a popular muslim-owned local business operating solely online! they make a variety of sweet treats including custom cakes, cookies, brownies, and even mini tarts! you can view the entire selection on their ig under the "Menu" story highlights!

i think they're the perfect option for birthday gatherings, especially if you're planning to invite muslim friends (wouldn't wna exclude anyone with dietary restrictions!!)~

while they don't specialise in the korean-style cake aesthetic, they are open to different styles and will try their best to replicate any design you give them (with price variations depending on design complexity etc.)!

my 6" cake (feeds around 8-10 pax) was $55 excluding delivery which is honestly such a great price!!!! i've had a previous experience with a well-known bento cake ig shop and it was the same price for a 4" cake + it tasted like betty crocker cake mix 😵‍💫
