Bye Bye Crusty Lips 👄😋

I’ve lived with dry lips since forever and lip balms are an essential step in both my skincare and makeup routine!

Through my hunt for the best lipbalm, i’ve collected a few and here’s what I think about these popular lip balms 🥰!

💗Laneige Lip Glow, Berry

- very glossy, slightly thick like a lip gloss

- gets rid of lines (temporarily)

- lip feels slightly dry when the product comes off

- slight pinkish berry tint

💗Innisfree Dewy Tint Balm, 05

- melty texture that’s very comfortable on lips

- pigmented (comes in 5 shades)

- Helps to smoothen lip lines

- Moisturising

💗Vaseline Rose Tinted Lip Therapy

- Feels like vaseline, waxy

- Nice Rosy shade

- Doesn’t moisturise my lips

- Very strong rose flavour and taste 😕

💗Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

- Smooth texture

- Very hydrating

- Gets rid of chapped lips

- No colour

- Comes in a tub ☹️ even though they provide a spatula, a tube form is just more fuss-free

‼️Conclusion

My top fav to fix chapped lips is the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. Its the only product that has helped my dry lips - long term. It truly hydrates the lips instead of just coating it and make it look moisturised temporarily! And this 20g tub lasts a long time so its worth the investment.

2nd Fav would be the Innisfree Dewy Tint Lip Balm. Although i would prefer a lighter shade; this is a very nice balm to reapply throughout the day as it has good hydration and comes in convenient stick form!
