Paratha, Egg & Sausage Rolls • Ramadan Special

Ingredients and Method:

Frozen Paratha

(Cook as given instructions on pack)

In a pan, add;

Butter 1 Tbsp

Chicken sausages as required

(Fry on low heat until brown)

In a bowl, mix;

Eggs 4

Milk 1/4 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Chilli flakes 1 tsp

Green onion 4-5 Tbsp

(Beat well)

In pan,add;

Butter 1 Tbsp

Pour egg mixture.

Put cooked paratha on it.

(Cook until the egg is done)

Turn the side and add,

Cooked sausage

Tomato slices

Green coriander

Mozzarella cheese

And roll it as shown in the video.

Add a little butter to cook the roll on the other side.

Ready!
