I love to eat , but I eat too fast. One thing I started to do was use a fork and knife even with pizza . May sound bizarre but I’m training myself to eat slower.
Things I’ve noticed:
-I started to get fuller faster
-Do not need to eat every last bite
-I can take 15-25 minutes to eat one meal (used to be like 5-7)
-My body can take time for complete digestion
-Regulated bile moments
