hi lovees, back again with my #15DaysHealthier day 2, here's a little overview of what i ate today to maintain my weight!

breakfast - 08.00

aku buat low carb pancakes sendiri dirumah dengan maple syrups pairs with grape and strawberries! ini buat nya gampang banget tapi enak banget juga loh!

lunch - 13.00

for the lunch, aku makan di Paul yang aku order yaitu ham & cheese croissant with lettuce!

snack time - 16.00

last but not least for snack timee, aku makan sandwich with chips ajaa karena ringan dan lumayan bikin kenyang juga!

dinner - 19.30

dan yang terakhir untuk dinner aku makan di Monsieur Spoon, aku order classic caesar salad aja!
