Kota Kinabalu,Sabah to Wat Arun Thailand.

I live in Cethuphon Gate. It’s very near to Wat Pho and Wat Arun💕. You can even see the temple from the hotel. From DMK to Wat Arun take around 30-40minutes by bolt/grab.

From Wat Pho to ferry pier take only 3-5 minutes. You must take ferry/boat to reach Wat Arun.

From the ferry terminal we paid 5THB(Around RM1.30) to go on the ferry. Next we paid for costume rental starting from 100THB(Rm13+). They also offer photographing service. We went to the first local store it cost us 1700THB(Around MYR222)to hire photographer for an hour.Of course you can only rent the costume and not hire any photographer but if you have the budget and want a satisfying photo shoots can consider it. Go with friend can patak/kongsi bayar🤣✨100THB(Around MYR13) for Wat Arun entrance fee.

Boat pier open from 8am and the costume rental mostly open at 8/830/9am. I recommend come early to avoid crowd as its hard to take picture with people being in the background and it’s hot to take picture in the middle of the hot sunny day.

Dont forget to bring sunscreen!
