Spin Recos!!!!

During the start of my spin journey i hATED it! because of the insane amount of techno songs that i really didn’t like!! so as i was exploring i would always look out for instructors that have music taste similar to mine!! Here are some of the instructors and a short description of why i love their class!

1️⃣ Kevin from RIOT👑

This guy is insane when you go to his classes! it’s like a spin class and a dance class mashed up together! i love the music he plays as some are like beyoncé or riri which i loveee! his energy and choreography is also unbeatable.

2️⃣ Nat Teo from REVOLUTION🫡

i love her energy and her music choice is 10/10 her classes are immediate i would say! it would defo give you the sweat and push you need

3️⃣ Krys C from REVOLUTION 🥺

i love this women!!! she is super encouraging and really pushes you to feel empowered i always walk out of her class feeling like i accomplished something great

4️⃣ Steffi from LUMI CYCLE

i would say she is my favorite instructor!! i love her music taste as she plays more queens of hip hop music and if you are a beginner u can go for her ignite class which are for beginners!!
