How can I catch a stray cat?

There is a gray cat and a black cat that hang out in this field by my house. They look like they were dumped here :(

I tried bringing them snacks but they go away when I come back.

Their ears are not tipped, their fur is silky but they do have some bites/ battle wounds.

Does anyone have advice?
