starting social media has been so eye opening. it’s changes the way i view myself - some for the better & some for the worst.

fitness is so much deeper than the physical for me, although there’s NOTHING wrong with having physical goals. however, for me the gym has saved my life & it’s much more about the mental benefits for me personally. these kind of comments are what can make people think they don’t belong in the gym. fitness doesn’t have ONE look. YOU BELONG. 🤍
