ROUTINE

My night time routine is sometimes the highlight of my day. This is my time to unwind and remind myself that it’s okay to take a minute just for me.

Step 1: Hair: Haircare is super important to me on my selfcare journey because it is one of my favorite ways to invest in myself. Pre-shower I love a good oil or hair mask bun! Today I used Dae Signature Shampoo and Conditioner to get my hair clean and smelling AMAZING 🫶🏻

Step 2: Skin Care: This chemical exfoliant cleanser from Dr. Dennis Gross is truly a lifesaver for my skin. My skin is dry and acne prone so I use this one to two times a week to keep the acne away without over drying my skin!

Step 3: Body Care: I love love love the exfoliating body washes from OGX. I go back and forth between the pink rose and the coconut coffee scents but honestly both are great 🥰
