This could be a much longer list, but these are some of my top systems that do wonders in my home! ⬇️

1. Kindle

Using a Kindle has done wonders for my reading. It makes me kind of sad I didn’t have something like this growing up in school. I feel less overwhelmed being able to put less text on my screen. It is less of a distraction!

2. Black socks

I only buy and wear black socks on a regular basis. Yes, I have a couple white socks just in case, but having mostly black eliminates the need to sort out my socks when I’m doing laundry. That one step contributed to my procrastination for years.

3. Dishes

We only have 3 sets of every dish on our home! Granted, we live in an RV so we can’t have much in general, BUT when we buy a house again we will keep the same system. We also keep paper plates as a back up for super low energy days. We try not to use these, but our mental health comes first.

4. Cordless vacuum.

I mean…why did it take me so long? 😂 I’m not even going to lie to you this Dyson was my Christmas gift this year. I don’t think I would purchase it on my own. But there are plenty of other options out there! (PS one thing I don’t love about the Dyson and didn’t know it that you have to hold down the power button the entire time. Idk if this is how it works on all of them but 😅)

5. Pomodoro Timer Videos

A time management technique + body doubling is an ADHDers dream. There are a ton of great videos on YouTube that are great to use while studying/working.
