Spring Bag Rotation

I am a big believer that bags can make or break an outfit. Now that spring is here, I am updating my bags from dark neutrals to brighter colors and more textures. All of these bags have been thrifted or bought second hand, so don’t let expensive designer bags scare you!

Bag 1

I thrifted this (fake Prada) bag at the Dumbo Flea Market and have never fallen in love with a bag so quickly. To me, animal prints are basically a neutral and the cow print makes it so versatile - black, brown, and cream outfits all work.

Bag 2

I have been dreaming about the Gucci Jackie bag, and so when I found this at the Allegra Vintage booth at Manhattan Vintage I fell in love. The color is great for spring, and it is big enough to fit everything I could ever need.

Bag 3

Another of my wishlist bags - the Polene Numero Dix is up there on my list of classic silhouettes that will never go out of style. To me, this bag screams quiet luxury and I was able to find it in practically brand new condition on Poshmark.

Bag 4

Fendi baguettes have taken over because of their timeless silhouette, and so when I found this at the thrift store for only $30 I had to have it. Red is a great color for bags, since it can take a simple look and give it a pop.

Bag 5

I have always loved embossed leather, and I especially love a bag that fits perfectly under my arm. This bag checks off both of these points, and I truly believe Dooney & Bourke is making a comeback as the younger generation starts to dig through their parents' closets!
