GETTING A TATTOO IN TAIWAN 🇹🇼

I've always wanted an etching style tattoo + a tattoo experience overseas, so when I found this artist @octopvs.ink on Instagram, I immediately knew that I'd get a tattoo from them one day.

I followed during covid period, and only recently had the chance to fly to Taiwan, so I decided to reach out to them via IG DM 3 months before flight over to Taiwan.

I gave him a brief of the idea for each tattoo, the sizing for it and where I'd wanted to place them. Through there, I got the quotation from him and locked in with a deposit via PayPal.

The designs were sent to us a week before and adjustments were made quickly. The shop itself looked absolutely professional and bright, the team was welcoming. It was obvious that they placed alot of focus and pride on keeping the place sterile and clean.

Tattoo healed super well and and I'd definitely love to get another one there again!
