SQ Biz Class Flight -SG - Incheon and back

Recently flew to Seoul on 20th Apr 24 in Singapore Airlines Business class return (both were red eye flights).

Am pleased with the crew’s attentiveness as well as the good food being served which I had preordered under the “Book the Cook” option.

SGP-Incheon Lobster Thermidor

Firstly for this 6 hr flight. Singapore Airlines gave the passengers the option to have their meals after take off or 2 hours prior to landing. Having had some snacks already at the SilverKris Lounge, naturally I opt for the later. Lobster is fresh and baked to perfection drizzled with a creamy sauce. So so yummilicious.

For the return leg (28 Apr)I ordered the Grilled beef tenderloin steak. Again my compliments to the chef. It was so unbelievable that a steak could taste so well at a cabin high up in the air.
