I need beginner’s streaming advice

I love playing games and always planned on becoming a streamer whether it was on twitch, youtube, etc. at some point. But i know nothing about pc’s or what all i’ll need for a setup.

Please help me!! Looking for a decent desktop on a budget. Found some on best buy with finance options… are they good builds? Here is one of em, SEND HELP!!!
