Bagel Sandwiches for breakfast are my absolute favorite, like you can’t go wrong with a bagel like ever

But the BEST bagel I ever had was on my college campus in the dining hall, I know you probably wouldn’t think with it being college food, but it’s so good!!!

I would get a regular bagel with eggs, pepper jack cheese, sausage or bacon (majority of the time sausage), toasted & then topped with jalapeños & shredded lettuce… with a coffee or oj & a fruit
