HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS

breakfast is my FAVORITE meal of the day so I’m constantly trying out new ideas! here are some that have been my favorite!! #lemon8partner #healthymealideas

1. Trader Joe’s hash-brown, egg bites (recipe on my page!!), berries and turkey bacon

2. greek yogurt, berries, banana bread and a drizzle of honey

3. avocado toast topped with cottage cheese eggs (2 eggs scrambled with 1/4 c cottage cheese) and a side of berries

4. overnight oats (recipe is on my page— high protein and super delish!!!)

5. sourdough topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, green onions and hot sauce
