Super easy meal prep: Sheet pan veggies w/ sausage

I used sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, kale, and chicken sausage. 1.Preheat oven to 425⁰F

2. Dice all veggies and slice sausage

3. Mix together in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil

4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder

5. Put in oven for 25 minutes and toss half way through

6. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy
