1- Cranberry Pills have an amazing antioxidant effect. This will help UTIS, help prevent harmful bacteria and possibly help with weight loss!
2- pretty much the same as taking cranberry supplements, BUT if you are currently struggling with a UTI (obviously after getting some meds) dilute PURE cranberry juice ( no ocean spray, or anything with sugar) with either PURE pineapple juice or water. It’s super bitter so be prepared!
3- ACV Baths are AMAZING for cleaning out the 🐱. It’s the only time you should be taking a bath.

5- if you have a burn- this will make it go away within 10 mins. Chug some water and feel the relief. (THIS WILL STAIN YOUR TOILETS/CLOTHES. So wear some liners and flush quick.)
6- Vitamin D is something a lot of women are deficient in. Some women have reported less/ no more BV after taking this!!
7- Boric Acid: the one on the slide is the ONLY one I like that actually works for me. If you’re feeling a little 🐟 pop one of these in ( don’t take by mouth, they go in the cookie jar :) ) it’ll have you cleared up in no time! I recommend using for at least a week. See a dr if symptoms remain. ( make sure you wear liners, you will leak!)
8- Greek yogurt is AMAZING for 🐈 health. It’s been shown to reduce yeast and BV infections.
Last tip:
Stop using 🐱 soap or if you feel you need it make sure it’s unscented. And make sure your s/o is using unscented soap. Our 🌸 is super duper sensitive and any small thing will throw our PH off.
