3 TIPS FOR NEW MOMS🤰🏽✨

Alright this one is for my new mommies! I know the world already has so much advice for us before we even birth but keep these 3 tips in mind for your own sanity:

1 - Baby will cry & scream & shout. When baby is like this, mom should take a moment to herself to breathe in & out slowly🌬️

2 - I was so excited to breastfeed my son after I gave birth. I went on an emotional roller coaster instead. Everything was slow to start, then the overflow came & I ultimately lost it all. I cried about it but I didn’t beat myself up for it because it’s out of my control. Formula-fed is okay too mom🫶🏽

3 - There’s this feeling you get in your chest/gut area when it comes to your baby… TRUST IT. God blessed us with motherly instincts sis! Use it as much as you can🌟
