My fav dessert

One of my fav dessert to make is keto tres leches mug cake topped with strawberries. 🍓

Recipe:

Mug Cake:

1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp almond flour

½ tsp baking powder

1 tbsp sweetener

1 egg

½ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

Optional: Dash of cinnamon

Milk Mixture:

2 tbsp my coconut condensed milk

2 tbsp heavy cream

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Toppings: Whipped cream or strawberries!
