It can be so overwhelming to know what you should try vs what is not worth it.

I wanted to give some clarity on habits that I implement - that have changed the game for me over the last year.

The number one thing I could possibly recommend to any female who has her period or even if you don’t have your period - is to TRACK YOUR CYCLE.

Growing up we are not taught enough about our bodies, we are thrown on birth control - or told that we have “irregular” cycles. When in reality - your cycle probably won’t even be fully regulated until about 5-7 years after you start your period.

I started this year - and I have personally learned more about my body, the phases of my cycle, how they affect me, what my energy levels, mood, and so so much more will be like simply from tracking.

You can even use the detailed tracking to prevent pregnancy - which is (IMO) far healthier than putting yourself on synthetic hormones and disrupting your body.

Another trend I personally think it worth it (building off of the first one) is tracking your sleep & recovery.

Honestly - this goes for tracking anything that you want to improve. If you are aware, you are able to make changes and keep track of how this affects the outcome.

Oura ring, Apple Watch, fit bit - anything that allows you to have data - and note differences during the process!
