Exercising is another great way to lose weight, but there's no need to jump in full force. Start small, like taking short walks or doing gentle stretches, and increase your activity gradually. Staying hydrated is also key—it helps with digestion, boosts your metabolism, and keeps your body functioning optimally.

It’s important to avoid extreme dieting. Restricting calories can hinder your recovery and decrease your energy, especially if you’re breastfeeding. Your body needs fuel to recover and care for your baby.

There’s no rush to lose weight. You just spent nine months creating a little human, and your body worked overtime. Focus on enjoying these precious moments with your baby, and give yourself grace as you recover and adjust to this new chapter.
