sorry i went MIA for a bit, i was focused on me but i’m back with some updates :)

i’ve been feeling so much better the last few days and i’m so proud of how i’ve been doing! my biggest goal is to stay motivated and try my best, but also not resort to being self-critical when life happens and some goals have to be changed/can’t be met EVERY day. that’s just life and being human! and i want to ultimately create SUSTAINABLE healthy habits and fall in love with taking care of myself!
