how to get out of a funk

here are some small #mindset shifts & activities that really help me when i’m in a funk! i really do think the little things matter- and that even if you can do one a day, you should be proud of yourself.

when you’re in a rut, it can feel so overwhelming and hard to dig yourself out. just know you’re never alone, and that it’s okay to start small. it’s okay to allow yourself to feel down or be gentle with yourself because you don’t have as much energy as usual.

but if you can allow yourself to sit with it, and then start with one thing that will make you feel better, i promise you’ll thank yourself later 💛
