BAD TATTOO

okay lemon8… i need your help!! i asked for this tattoo from folks who i REGULARLY go to. normally i have zero complaints. when he finished with this tattoo and i saw the result, i left without saying anything. (it was only myself and a male in the shop and i’m smarter than to take my chances.)

after comparing the pictures side by side i realized it’s completely different. i sent the shop owner a message today and let him know that i wasn’t happy — he told me that this is where communication with the artist beforehand is key. i feel like im being blamed now. i did communicate it. i sent in the first photo which is EXACTLY what i wanted. the ONLY thing the artist asked is if he could freehand the hearts and horns which i said yes to. never did we mention putting our own spin on things. the horns look nothing like how they should. the owner offered to touch it up and make it more suitable but looking at the tattoos side by side, i don’t even feel like it’s possible. i was told a refund is not an option. i don’t know what to do and i don’t want this tattoo!!
