So I got a positive pregnant result but……..

Hey girlies so I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning which was a inexpensive test from walgreen and then I turned around and bought a clear blue test later on that night and I took it and that one came back positive but as of today I started bleeding but just a couple of days ago I was lightly spotting. And I’m just so confuse right now till the point idk what to do. Also lastly my period was on 5 days late. Can someone please be so kindly to tell me what’s going on and what it could it be
