Soft and moist banana bread

Recipe:

2-3 Ripened Bananas

2 Eggs room temperature

1 1/2 Cup flour

1 brown/grandulated Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup room temperature unsalted Butter

1 tps Nutmeg

1 tps Vanilla

1 tps Baking powder

1 tps salt

1 tps Baking soda

1 tps Cinnamon powder

1/2 Cup sliced Almond (optional)

1/2 Cup rum (optional)

Whisked sugar and butter until nice and fluffy then add the eggs and the mashed bananas . Add all the wet ingredients to the mixture then add the dry ingredients together and mix until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated. Baked at 325• degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done to your liking.
