LONELINESS !

It's not easy to be alone. The same thing happens to me on a daily basis. I was about to give up on life altogether, but then I discovered someone who was a gem and important to me and then I decided not to end it quickly. However, things became worse, so I was forced to make that choice. Being alone occurs when you have;

1.Lack of Social Connections: When people don’t have enough meaningful relationships or social interactions, they can feel isolated.

2.Life Transitions: Major life changes, such as moving to a new city, changing jobs, or experiencing a breakup, can disrupt social networks and lead to loneliness.

3.Mental Health Issues: Conditions like depression or anxiety can create barriers to socializing and contribute to feelings of loneliness.

4.Social Anxiety: Fear of judgment or rejection can make it difficult for individuals to reach out and connect with others.

5.Cultural Factors: In some cultures, individualism is emphasized over community, which can lead to isolation.

6.Technology: While technology can connect us, excessive use of social media or virtual communication may not fulfill the need for genuine, face-to-face interactions.

7.Aging: Older adults may experience loneliness due to the loss of friends or family, health issues, or retirement, which can limit social opportunities.

Girls and boys, this is not what we deserve, believe me, even though I went through all of this. I promise that when you become older, loneliness will affect you differently, and true love will find its way to you. Don't go begging just because you're lonely; it will just make you feel like an unpleasant rather than human being.
