How to COMPLETELY shift your self image!

Okay, so stay with me. You’re going to get a pen & paper out & list all of the things that you HATE about yourself (yep, that’s right. Everything you HATE). Once you have everything listed out we’re going to debunk it.

*Nothing is fully good & nothing is fully bad. There are positives & negatives in everything.*

So here’s how we’re going to debunk this! For every negative thing you had to say about yourself you’re going to find a positive. For example, I am a massive procrastinator. Society has trained me to believe that that is a negative quality to possess. HOWEVER, I have found that it is one of my best attributes. Here are the positives about being a procrastinator:

-I work INSANELY quick

-I can get a weeks worth of work done in 2 hours

-When it comes down to it, I can get any project completed on my own timeline

-I work well under pressure

-I am efficient

So let’s debunk those things about yourself that you perceive as negative!
