💭Thoughts on Moving🪴

I’m learning to be patient because i want have everything to be furnished. I have this idea in my head that once i have everything, then i can start to feel better and i can start to take care of myself to heal

That mindset sent me into a spiral of anxiety and depression because my brain cant think realistically & realize I can’t buy everything i want in one day. Instead of enjoying my accomplishment of my first apartment, i’m already finding the next thing to worry about.

Solution:

Instead of waiting for the “Perfect” time to start healing, i’m going to start small and build day by day. My future self will thank me.
