Picture this: You wake up on a lazy Saturday morning, craving something delicious, but also wanting to stay on track with your fitness goals. What do you do? Whip up some delicious high protein protein pancakes, of course!

These pancakes are not your average flapjacks - they're packed with muscle-building, energy-boosting protein. Think of them as the superhero version of pancakes - swooping in to save the day and fuel your body.

To make these pancakes even more delicious, they can be topped with fresh berries, sliced bananas, or a drizzle of pure maple syrup.

Ingredients:

2 scoops Whey Protein

90g Rolled Oats

1 tbsp Cinamon

3 Dates

2 Eggs

Step-by-Step:

1. Whizz oats, protein powder, cinnamon, dates and eggs in a blender for 2 minutes until smooth. Make sure the oats have broken down.

2. Heat a drizzle of oil/butter of your choice in a pan. Ladle batches of the batter onto the pan.

3. Cook until batter starts to bubble on the surface. Flip over and continue cooking for another minute.

4. Serve pancakes with toppings/fruits/sauces of your choice.
