DELICIOUS high protein eggs 🍳🧀

One of my favorite basic breakfasts for a high protein start to my day is two scrambled pasture raised eggs (organic) and organic full fat cottage cheese. Sprinkle a little salt and you’re good to go.

** can even throw it on top of a bagel or toast if you want some carbs with it.
