This week I went to Rumble - Upper East Side for the first time ever! This is a workout class that incorporates a combination of cardio through boxing and high intensity interval training.

The class is broken up into two sections. For the first half, we boxed. It was a combination of different moves such as jabs, crosses, and more. It was so much fun and I learned a bunch of different moves. However, I will say, as someone who has never boxed before, I was a little bit lost at times. I think there could have been a bit more instruction, but regardless, was still fun.

The next section is a session of high intensity interval training. It was a fun fully body session full of one minute intervals and I was sweating like crazy! This type of exercise I am much more familiar with, and I was loving it, however I was so sad when it ended.

Overall, I am glad I gave it a try, but it was definitely not my ideal type of workout class. I felt a little lost and overall felt like I could have been worked a bit harder. Enjoyed, but most likely will not be returning.
