I am someone who likes to stick to a routine. I think it calms my anxiety, improves my health and gives me things to look forward to. Below I have listed the top four health and wellness non-negotiables that I keep as part of my weekly routine!

1. Workout 4-5x per week

Working out consistently is so important for both my physical and mental health. It is the perfect time away from people, screens, and work and gives me energy to take on my day.

2. 8-9 hours of sleep

Getting good sleep is SO important to me. It helps me to perform better in my job and in my workouts. Although this is sometimes hard, I aim to average 8-9 hours a night since it does not happen every night.

3. Matcha a Day

I truly love nothing more than starting each day with an iced matcha. It is refreshing, delicious, and gives me the energy I need for my day!

4. 3-4 Meals a Day

It is critical for our bodies to be fed regularly throughout the day. I try to eat every 3-4 hours with nutritious, high protein meals or snacks to fuel my body. This improves my mood and productivity!
