Apple Cinnamon Blondies 🍏🍂🍏

Brown butter apple cinnamon Blondies with cinnamon cream cheese icing!

1. Sauté two sticks of butter until golden brown (brown bits at the bottom of the pan is the best part!) let cool completely. Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk 1 ½ cups brown sugar, ½ cup regular sugar, and brown butter until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla; whisk until smooth.

2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Mix 1 ¾ cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add to the wet ingredients, then fold in chopped apple slices (with cinnamon and brown sugar) and ½ bar chopped baking chocolate.

3. Bake & Top: Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Melt 8 oz cream cheese with ⅓ cup powdered sugar and cinnamon, then spread on top once cooled slightly. Enjoy!
