Lactation Help Smoothie

Hey guys I just wanted to share with any new moms who have been having a hard time producing breast milk, my baby is now 6months and I have been having a major jump in breast milk production this drink has sky rocketed my breast milk amount, I make sure I drink this at least once a day and I have increased a entire 10oz.

In details my ingredients

• unsweetened oat milk

•frozen coconut & strawberries

• raw honey

Sometimes I make this really thick and eat it like a bowl and sometimes I drink it on the go, right now I produce about 36oz of milk a day could be more depending on how much I let him feed in between.
