DATING YOURSELF AFTER MOTHERHOOD

Let’s face it, motherhood is hard and even though we love our little bundles of joy, we need time for ourselves! And let me tell you, going on a solo date for the first time will be the best alone time you’ve ever had in a long time!

My first solo date was completely unplanned - but everything I never knew I needed.

I was in Cabo for a wedding with the fam and I happened to get up before the rest of the crew.

So, I packed up a bag, put on a little cute pool outfit, and I was out. I was sipping a mimosa by the pool by 9am!

I felt so refreshed & rejuvenated because I was nurturing my own needs, wishes, and wants.

I served myself unapologetically, without obligations to anyone else and it was perfect!
