oral hygiene routine 🦷

Here’s my oral hygiene favorites/daily routine ⬇️

- Brush Teeth: I brush for two minutes twice a day & just recently switched to an electric toothbrush (which had been a HUGE game changer)!!

- Toothpastes: I switch throughout these two toothpastes basically whenever; the whitening I use more often (for obvious reasons) & the moon toothpaste I use otherwise

- Scrape Tongue: I can’t believe how overlooked this step is because it’s SOOO important!! you can brush your teeth a million times but the the amount of bacteria on your tongue will always cause bad breath if you don’t scraped

- Mouthwash: Therabreath is my FAV!! they make my breath feel/smell fresh for soooo long!! I prefer the whitening one bc it not only whitens, but also tastes a little better (both are still great)

- Floss: something I almost always forget to do but it’s so important 🤣🤍
