here’s to adulting 🥂

a hidden gem at funan mall, trehaus cafe is quiet, homey and quaint.

it is the perfect environment to work or study. it comes with free wifi (very stable) and charging sockets.

~ opening hours (went on 18 march 2023):

weekdays: 8am-5pm

weekends: 10am-5pm

perks

~ free stable wifi

just approach the staff for the wifi password! they were really friendly and helpful. it is also a private connection so you don’t have to keep logging in every 30 minutes.

~ many charging sockets

the charging sockets are all around the cafe floor and almost every table has one, so it is perfect for doing work on the laptop.

~ other promotions

i heard that office workers working in funan will all get a 10% just by showing their work IDs. what a steal!!

~ music

i personally love the music they were playing. i think it varies from the staff who works that day but the playlist was chill and such a bop! love jeremy zucker ❤️

not so great

~ prices

the cafe latte i bought was $7 but it was very nicely brewed. it was smooth and doesn’t leave the nasty aftertaste. although the prices are a little on the high side but they have ongoing promotions so it’s worth giving it a try.

~ a little hard to find

it was little hard to navigate because the cafe is located on level 7 at funan (yes there is a level 7). it is only assessable through the lift at lift lobby A (the lift nearest to pop mart/ wolf burgers).

operating hours

~ they usually end operations at 5pm which is a little early, so that is something to consider if you want to drop by the cafe to work or study.
